SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Mirtilla Jewels works with the main couriers (DHL, UPS, etc) for the shipping and delivery of orders.


NB: we do not ship to armed conflict areas

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times in Italy and Europe are between 1 and 4 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of receipt of payment.

Deliveries to remote areas require ca. 1 extra working day. Consult the remote areas list: Remote Area List 2020

If DHL is unable to deliver the package due to the absence of the recipient or an incorrect address, the customer will be contacted by DHL to reschedule a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt fails, the package will be sent back to Atelier VM. The returned goods will be considered as returned and the cost of the return shipment will be charged to the customer.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

For EU destinations, the goods are shipped POSTPAID (meaning that all costs will be paid when you receive the package. The recipient does not have to pay anything when receiving the package).

For non-EU destinations, the goods are shipped DUTY UNPAID (meaning that customs fees and any other applicable local tax must be paid by the recipient when receiving the package).

We are not able to quantify this amount in advance. You can contact DHL Local for further information using the tracking number.

TRACKING A DELIVERY

Once the package has been sent, you will receive an email alert from Mirtilla Jewels with the tracking number, through which you can track the shipment.
